Dandelion love

It's a secret... I LOVE dandelions. I delight in their yellow heads scattered about across the green; how they find their way through gravel and rocks, bursting forth their vibrant gold with strength. They make me smile and feel like a child.

I love them even more this spring! Dandelion cake and syrup, right from our wilderness backyard.
